A lot has been said, or asked, and insinuated, about why survivors of sexual abuse wait.
“If it was really that bad, why’d you take so long to come forward?”
Every survivor has their answer, but rather than forcing them to voice a never-sufficient-enough explanation, NoExpiry asks instead: “Does punctuality even matter?”
There’s a truth behind every survivor’s eyes if you care to see it, a look that needs no further interrogation, no clarification of the rules, and most of all, no time limits.
NoExpiry is a work of documentary potraiture, one that seeks to answer every variation of those questions by choosing not to answer them at all.
